Tavares - Gold is delighted to be bringing one of the most memorable soul groups of the 70s and 80s to Vauxhall. Many of their instantly recognisable international hits, such as 'Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel' and 'More Than A Woman' have become classics.
Junior Giscombe – A welcome return for soul star Junior who will be performing his hits 'Mama Used To Say', 'Too Late' and other soul funk covers.
GWEN DICKEY's Rose Royce - The original lead singer of Rose Royce who hit the big time with the disco anthem 'Car Wash.' Her first solo hit was with 'Ain't Nobody (Loves Me Better)' in 1974. Gwen continues to tour the world with her band performing Rose Royce's legendary hits. Sing along to all the hits including 'Car Wash', 'I Wanna Get Next To You', 'Wishing On A Star' and 'Love Don't Live Here Anymore'.
Heatwave – First hit the charts in 1977 with 'Boogie Nights' and continued to have hits through the 70s and 80s including 'Too Hot To Handle', 'Always And Forever' and 'Razzle Dazzle'.
Live Tributes and Supports
E-Maculate – The ultimate soul/Motown tribute band. Their show is totally live with drums, base, guitar, keyboards and saxophone, which provide superb backing. Sounds from Wilson Pickett, Four Tops and many more.
FiL Straughan – Quite possibly the best Luther Vandross tribute vocalist in the world. It is not simply his vocal ability – FiL manages to tap into the energies of the song in the same manner that Luther did, touching the audiences' hearts with vivid emotion. Sing Baby Sing – Back at Vauxhall due to huge demand to see this fantastic Stylistics tribute band. Diane Shaw - brings to the stage a non-stop and dynamic tour-de-force of the timeless soul classics, bringing the spirit of the great Diana Ross to life, in a spectacular and spine-tingling presentation.
